If you’re new to our practice, then you’ve come to the right place! Dr. Alan DeAngelo and our team are committed to providing a one of a kind dental experience consisting of premier service and care. Your First Visit
When you come to see us for the first time, you’ll immediately know you made the right choice as soon as you see the smile on our front desk team’s faces. One of our team members will escort you to a private conference room where they’ll help you fill out your forms and ask why you came to see us so we can better understand your dental needs. From there, you’ll be brought to a treatment room where your hygienist will perform a preliminary exam as well as take some x-rays. You’ll then get to meet Dr. DeAngelo. He’ll take a few minutes to get to know you and talk about and pressing concerns you have, and then he’ll perform a thorough oral exam and look at your x-rays. He can also have images taken using an intraoral camera, all of which can be displayed on a chairside monitor so he can explain what he’s seeing. He’ll take all this information and use it to formulate your customized treatment plan, give you a chance to ask any questions, and then you’ll receive a cleaning if time allows.
New Patient Forms
Our personalized service even extends to our new patient forms. When you come to see us, a member of our team will help you fill out the forms to make the process as easy and fast as possible. We know juggling a clipboard along with your insurance card and a mountain of forms is likely the last thing you want to do when you go to the dentist, which is why we’ll have you do it in your own conference room.

We’ll make the process of using your coverage as easy as possible. We’ll file the claim, handle the paperwork, and do all the necessary follow-ups.
